§ A351-13. Severability.

In the event that any provision herein shall for any reason be illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, such illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions of this ordinance, and this ordinance shall be construed as if such illegal or unenforceable provisions(s) had never been contained herein.
